RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Satisfaction is guaranteed on all product lines sold by Dobber Baby Bedding. Request for exchanges or returns must be received via e-mail within 03 business days of receipt of your package.
We can only accept items for return or exchange that are in their original / resalable condition and that have received a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from Dobber Baby Bedding. Any item(s) returned dirty, washed, or used will not be refunded. We must receive the item(s) within 10 business days of your receipt of the RAN. We will refund the purchase price less 10% handling fee once the item(s) has been received by Dobber Baby Bedding. Shipping costs are not refundable; if you received a promotion for free shipping, returns will still incur the actual shipping costs and will be deducted from the total on your return. All sales are final on discontinued items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item(s) are damaged, incorrect, or defective. Dobber Baby Bedding MUST issue a RAN prior to sending item(s) back or they will be treated as an unauthorized return.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS OR UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
If a package is refused for delivery or a return is made that has not been previously authorized. the customer will be responsible for a 50% handling fee plus actual shipping charges both for the original delivery and for it's return that are incurred by Dobber Baby Bedding as well as any other related costs.
